This attached home is nicely finished and very clean. The outdoor space in the back was nice to have access to. The neighborhood is nice, close to neighborhood amenities and parks, centrally located to some touristy things. Some really great and tasty restaurants close by. Nice, strong wifi that was perfect for remote work and held the VPN. It was easy to check in - we drove from Colorado and were late due to a highway being closed, and the host was accommodating.
It was a little less equipped than we are used to, so be prepared to bring what you really need, especially if you are staying longer and intend to cook frequently (we stayed for two weeks). For example, there was only enough plates for a family of four to eat one meal, the bare minimum pots/pans/food storage. Pretty much no replenishable items beyond a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, some shampoo, and a watered down container of Dawn. You can use the laundry (in a garage which is regularly accessed by someone while you are there) and the dishwasher, but you must bring your own soap.
It wasn't as welcoming and cozy as other places we have stayed. Not really enough furniture in the living room for everyone to sit down comfortably. No extra blankets or pillows. Maybe it's just the big-city vibe, but the clear message on the welcome communications in the house were "you break it or you leave any mess, you pay extra." But no cleaning supplies, not even a broom, are available to you.
Beds weren't super comfortable, but it was nice that there were four of them. The gate was never closed while we were there. That didn't bother us, but it is advertised as gated.
