• 4 Comfy Bedrooms: 2 double and 2 extra-large bedrooms, each coming with a dedicated workspace, ample storage, and comfortable beds for restful nights.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite for extra privacy and comfort.

5. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
7. Adhere to check-in and check-out timings
8. A security deposit of £200 will be collected (as part of our security procedures) prior to check-in to ensure there are no damages or violations of house rules during the stay. Guests will also undergo a verification process once they book and secure the place, during which a valid ID will be required. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and maintain its condition throughout their stay. The security deposit is fully refundable within 5-7 business days following check-out, provided no issues are identified. By proceeding with your booking, you are accepting our security policy, and we will get in touch to confirm your details.

Exclusive Add-ons:
1. We offer housekeeping services with change of linen on additional fee for short stays
2. We offer early check-ins and late check-out on additional fee and subject to availability fort short stays
Please, discuss with us your needs prior your arrival, so we can prepare better the property for you.
3. We can provide baby cot and high chair on additional fee - please request upon booking, so we can organise it for you. (Disclaimer: Due to hygiene safety and personal preferences we do not provide bedding for baby cots. Make sure you organise your own, please.)
