Great place! The space was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Free street parking was always available. The only thing I’d recommend would be adding in a hair dryer, other than that this place had everything we needed.

This place was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was in the perfect location - walkable to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and anything I needed, as well as a quick ride share to several beaches and the airport. It was pristine and spacious and the host was very quick to communicate. I will definitely be back.

Clean and contemporary place. Host is accommodating. Location is amazing. Comfort is better than a hotel room. Exactly what I needed on my 10 day visit to town. I believe this will meet all your needs as well. Great spot!

Great host, periodically checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. Couch and some linens didn’t appear to be 100% clean though.

Vrbo approved an extra day on my stay but did not honor their booking. Vrbo needs to take accountability for their mistake because my things got thrown out of the place, and left me scrambling to find a place to stay. Also, the place could use a coffee maker, a dish rack, and the parking ia awful. I mean straight awful.

The good: great location! The neighborhood isn’t great for parking if you have a car, but we just Ubered or walked. Plenty of restaurants and what not around. Price is perfect for the location. Host communicated well. Directions were clear. Provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Not so good: The studio smelled a bit odd, like old water, so we had to buy air freshener. There are several studios that basically all look the same. What does this mean? The pictures weren’t the studio we got. It was basically the same, just flipped in orientation and the furniture was different. This isn’t an issue but what is, is you don’t know what reviews are for what units. Someone might have stayed in a cleaner unit for example whereas others might not. Our studio was one that wasn’t as clean. There were also daddy long legs on some of the corners at floor level, if it was swept and moped well, I wouldn’t have expected that. You can deff tell they were quick builds based on quality of the work, but that’s fine for the price and location. It is what it is. Didn’t supply dish soap despite the other stuff. Was fine since we were only there for two nights, but wouldn’t likely stay for longer if you need a good landing spot. Be there just to sleep and shower works great. If you wash your face in the sink, be careful because of the mirror shelf is low and the sink is tiny. Careful spitting after brushing your teeth, too.

The room was perfect for two and a very reasonable price! It wasn’t hard to find free street parking and the street is very walkable with shops all around. Quiet neighborhood.

This one room efficiency was very clean. Bathroom was very clean as well.Host was very gracious. There were restaurants and shops close by. The location was about five minutes from our main point of focus.
