•Smoking is only allowed on the balcony but not permitted indoors. We appreciate your cooperation to keep the apartment comfortable for all guests. Fines may apply.
•JVC is a peaceful residential community.
Gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited. A fine of up to 2000 AED may apply for any violation.
•Pet Policy: While we love animals, guests wishing to bring pets must register them in advance. A fee applies, and approval is required prior to arrival.
Arrival and Parking Instructions
To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow these steps:
•Please stop by the building reception desk first to register for building security.
•You can now access the apartment.
•Once inside the apartment, you will find both the Building Access Card and the Parking Card waiting for you. You will need these for all subsequent entry to the building facilities and the parking area.
