This new apartment is steps away from the snow, located on the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Easy walkability to the resort bus stop offering access to anywhere in town! Enjoy a steam shower, bathtub, piano, chess table and a full kitchen. The common area amenities include fitness center, hot tub, heated pool, underground parking and ski storage/discounted rentals!

This spacious, new apartment can fit up to 8 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed and twin sized day bed (perfect for a child/teen). The second bedroom features two queen beds and one futon that expands to a full size bed! There is a large ten seat dining room table (but can always squeeze in more!), full size kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, piano, complementary wireless internet, indoor parking, large bath, steam shower, and flat screen TV`s in both bedroom.

The property offers complimentary underground parking, elevator, fitness center, outdoor whirlpool spa, outdoor heated pool, and on-site ski rental/tuning shop as well as storage for all your ski gear!

I will be there upon arrival if needed, but keyless entry is offered for self-check in. I am available by text or call 24/7. As a long-time Park City local, I can offer private ski guide recommendations (at PCMR or Deer Valley), private chauffeur services, restaurant and activity recommendations.

This location is the best in terms of proximity to the mountain resort- literally walk 30 steps and you are on the snow! There are many other attractions near this apartment such as an ice skating rink, the zip line, the alpine coaster and lots of shopping and restaurants. Historical main street is in walking distance (about 15 min) but if you would rather take the bus, it would take about 3-5 minutes.

The bus stop runs about every 5 minutes to historical Main Street and it usually takes 3-5 minutes to get there! The bus stops at the base of Park City Mountain Resort is also a hub for many other stops in town so it is very easy to get around!
There is no smoking in this apartment. I don`t mind if there is noise but be respectful of your neighbors below and above you.
