This is a great property in a beautiful neighborhood. We walk daily and played tennis. Owner let us check in early and was very helpful when needed. Lots of room. Thanks again for a great week.

Host was very responsive. Had his contact info in the home to reach him. Home was clean, spacious & beds were comfortable. While we were there a “housekeeper” stopped by to change out a rug. Not a big deal, but I didn’t like it: personally felt it could have waited until we checked out. Also, sauna was the selling point for me & my husband and the jacuzzi was lukewarm during my whole stay. I did inquire prior to my arrival with owner about heating the pool which he informed me was an additional 30/day but offered it free of charge. I did tell him that should be clearly stated so people know beforehand. When I reached out to the owner about the cold jacuzzi/sauna/hot tub he promised he would turn the heater up to at least 100degrees so the jacuzzi could be hot/steamier & let it run throughout the night so we could enjoy it the following day, but when I checked it later the temp had actually decreased to 45 degrees from 85. Just be aware it’s not a “hot” hot tub if that’s what you’re looking for! Outdoor area could be updated a bit more. Otherwise comfortable stay.

Hello Denise, Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your feedback. The comfort of our guests is of utmost importance to us during their stay. As we have explicitly mentioned in our listing, the pool and spa heating works best when the outside temperatures are higher than 45-50 degrees. During your stay in December, the outside temperatures were very low in 10-20 degrees range. It was an unusually cold winter in Florida. As a result, the pool and spa heating didn't reach the temperature that we had set it to. The pool/spa heating works perfectly well when the outside temperatures are higher that 45-50 degrees. We tried to explain the same during your stay as well and we hope that clarifies the situation. We hope you come back and stay with us again and we would be happy to offer you discounts for your future stay with us. We hope that you had a wonderful and memorable stay with us. Thank you!
