Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad you found the home to be a good value and enjoyed the convenient location. We're sorry to hear about the sand in the sheets. Our linens are professionally cleaned, but this certainly isn't the experience we want our guests to have. We wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. We'd also like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. We do not have a policy restricting the thermostat. Guests are welcome to adjust the A/C to whatever temperature they find most comfortable. If we make a recommendation, it's simply that 75°F is an efficient setting, but it is not a requirement or restriction. Regarding the hot tub, we don't advertise the property as having a functioning hot tub. It is a fixture that is part of the pool and is not listed as an available amenity.
