We have a family camp up in Canada and ever since moving to Maine we've been trying to replicate the magic we had up there. A cozy feel, a lake out front, antique/rustic interior well lived in, and all the comforts of home. Dunserchin was this and more - mostly because of how well Morton & Furbish took care of us during our stay.
The cabin is filled with four generations of family art and antiques. You felt like you were visiting a friend's cabin. So much warmer than most rentals these days. The lake out front has a great dock and mooring with the cleanest, clearest lake water we've seen in Maine. The view across the lake is staring into wilderness with only a few boats dotting our horizon.
We rented boats at the nearby BMC who were so helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the hikes and waterfalls, and loved driving into the cute town of Rangeley.
We are already planning our next trip back. Can't recommend enough. Thank you to the whole team at M&F!
