Perfect for short-term getaways, monthly, or extended stays, each apartment features a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and soaring 9'–11' ceilings for extra breathing room. Relax at the saltwater pool, crush your fitness goals in the 24-hour gym, or explore nearby greenways and parks like Lake Crabtree and Umstead State Park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
