Beautiful home-well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of open space, walkable gated neighborhood. Saw beautiful sunrises. Needed instructions on use of different TVs/fans and their remotes. No instruction on use of pool-plus had no heat for 10 days r/t water level wasn't high enough. Communication with realtor that was managing the property for the owner was fair to poor. Many replies were-" I relayed info to owner". Neighborhood had a boil water order which we wouldn't have known except we were talking with people walking by.If these issues were fixed- we would love to stay there again.

We are currently working on creating a detailed guide for future guests to ensure everything is easy to use and enjoyable from day one. Regarding the pool heat, we’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. The issue with the water level has been addressed, and we have implemented additional checks to prevent this from happening again. We also apologize for the communication shortcomings and any delays in follow-up. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are taking steps to improve response times and ensure more direct updates moving forward. Additionally, we regret that the boil water notice was not communicated to you promptly and are reviewing our processes to ensure important neighborhood alerts are shared right away. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future with these improvements in place.
