Timeless Charm in Historic Fort Myers River District— Discover refined comfort in this beautifully updated 1926 Craftsman home, nestled in one of Fort Myers’ most vibrant, charming, and walkable neighborhoods. Just a half-mile stroll to downtown you’ll find theatres, restaurants, festivals, art galleries, & more!
It’s a perfect stay for guests who appreciate design, history & architecture in a lively, yet homey neighborhood setting. On occasion, you can even enjoy music on the porch from the wedding venue close-by. The local ordinance does require this venue to end music by 10PM.
There is a baby bed available in the closet of bedroom #2. Bedroom #1 has an en-suite with a spacious modern shower. The 2nd bathroom boasts the original charming 1926 cast iron tub with shower, however it has been re-finished to perfection.
The home includes a full-sized newer washer and dryer, plus a full-house water filtration system.

This house was perfect. My wife and I have stayed in so many houses or condos over the years and this tops them all. The decor was so thoughtful and detailed. Location is in a great spot to be able to walk downtown.

This is an adorable house, it's comfortable and clean. Directions to check in and out were clear and easy to follow. The home is both beautiful and artistic. A front porch with ceiling fans and comfortable furniture was a bonus. There is a venue next door as mentioned in the listing - there was music one night, but it wasn't a problem and it stopped early. The location provides easy access to explore the area and it's a short walk to the riverfront downtown area where there are many restaurants.

We fell in love with downtown Ft. Myers and absolutely love historic homes and neighborhoods! There is always so much to do, the people are friendly, there are an abundance of outstanding restaurants and cafes. It’s a total vibe and we knew we had to be part of it!

Our property is a gorgeous historic craftsman with modern amenities, however the history has been carefully preserved throughout the architecture. There’s a large comfortable porch where most days you can feel a soft breeze from the river. The whole home is cozy and full of charm! It’s only 1/2 mile stroll to a vibrant fun downtown also.
