From the beginning……. I had a reservation that was canceled last minute which is not this host fault. I make the reservation and while I’m on the road to Georgia, the host calls and says we can’t check in until 8pm!!!!! The house wasn’t ready until 8:30pm. The cleaner leaves we go right in and the lights don’t work in the house for about an hr. They come back on and we notice the house isn’t well kept, the next day the lights went out again for about a hr. Dirt on every door food still in pantry and fridge. Onions in the pantry. Stove, kitchen dirty. Towels were old beach towels and rags. The area and neighborhood was very nice but not close to stores etc, I can say the home is very spacious, and the host communication was great. The gave me a 25% discount on nightly rate but I definitely don’t think the house is worth the cost.
