Escape to this charming, original lakefront property located on the northeast side of Keuka Lake in the quaint town of Branchport, NY. Perfect for multi-family gatherings, reunions, or extended stays, this property features two separate homes, offering flexibility, comfort, and plenty of space for everyone.
Main House – Lakefront
The main house sits directly on the water and boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups. Enjoy morning coffee, a sunset glass of wine, or a fun board game in the sunroom overlooking the lake. The fully stocked kitchen offers ample space for meal prep, and the large dining room table is perfect for shared family meals.

The second home is just across the private drive, offering additional privacy and space. It features 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, a large living room, and a quaint, fully stocked kitchen. The front sunroom offers lovely views of the lake, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet morning.
As you make your way to the shoreline there is a set of stairs with 4 steps and a set of stairs with 12 stairs
Dock can accommodate 1 boat-If you plan to dock your boat, snap pictures of the dock and break wall current condition and share them in the Airbnb or VRBO chat with this message: "As requested, here are pictures of the dock in its current condition before we use it to dock our boat." YOU MUST BRING BUMPERS

Failure to do so may result in an added fee of $100. Thank you
