Paul is an excellent host. He communicates quickly and well. The place is very nice. My wife and I were very comfortable during our short stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The homes around are very well kept like Paul’s place. Highly recommend next time we are in Indy. Thanks for hosting.

I spent 3 nights here for my son's graduation from Butler. Host was fantastic. The location was super fantastic. Walked everywhere. Yhe unit has everything you need to have a home away from home for a weekend. Wish I would have found this place freshman year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location could not be more perfect for us when we are visiting our Butler University student. The private room is so comfy, cozy with plenty of space. The hosts have thought of every convenience to make our stay so nice. And it’s always so clean (this is our second stay). There will be more stay here in our future!!
