Great Place For The Family!

This condo was perfect for the whole family to stay. It's close to the beach and the pool for however you choose to spend your day. The rooms are a nice size and we fit everyone comfortably (We had 7 adults and 1 baby).

Wonderful property

Great location- close to pool and beach. The property was clean, updated and had a well stocked kitchen! We loved this property and definitely would return and/or recommend!

Great location and nice home.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The house was nice, clean, and spacious. We had 8 adults and two children so the two different living rooms were much needed. The access to the beach was short enough that everyone could come and go easily (about a 10 min brisk walk). There were just a few suggestions that I would make. The fridge had some difficulty getting and staying cold. Yes, the instructions warned us of this but the fridge never recovered and we had to get a technician to come to the house. My father does this work for his own business so he knew what needed to be done. The technician came, assessed, and stated she needed other equipment so she would come back. She never returned. The shower had an issue but that was fixed promptly. The kitchen supplies, appliances, utensils, etc were in rough shape. Almost every plate and bowl was cracked or chipped, the handles on pans would fall off, knives were flimsy and seemed unsafe, and the coffee maker would leak and spill over every time the pot was moved. Also, the kitchen stools were loose and wobbly, definitely unstable. Overall I would love to stay in this home again if these problems were resolved.

Excellent location!

Walking distance to Sonesta wedding venue we came to Hilton Head to attend and to the beach. Very close to Shipyard golf courses, which were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo

Easy and close to the beach.

Property was good for the price. It could have used more utensiles and the light switches were confusing. Overall, it was clean, spacious, and quiet - except for the early morning deck construction next door all week. Also, the smoke detector battery died, so it chirped until the battery was removed. That isn't something the management can predict, so it's understandable.

Great location

This property is a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Large enough to fit 6 adults without using the pullout couch. The couch in the family room was not clean. It felt gritty and we took the cushions off to vacuum it and found a bunch of popcorn and sand under the cushions. Cleaning company should do this ahead of time.

Great property!

We wnjoyed our vacation at 119 beachwalk! The location was great and the house was so clean. We especially enjoyed having the extra family room/ tv room on the first floor! Can’t wait to book again!

Great location and property

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shipyard in Hilton Head. This was our first visit and we had a great time. We did rent bikes and biking is a convenient way to explore the island. We came in late September with perfect weather - and crowded beaches. We would stay in this property again.

Great Place

We loved our stay at 119 Beachwalk. The condo was as advertised and close walk to pool and beach. The only complaints we had was that the condo next door is being remodeled so there was loud hammering and sawing taking place everyday between 8:00am to 4:00pm. Not very relaxing. Also we lost WiFi at 10:00pm Friday night prior to our departure on Saturday morning. It appears the password changed and we were kicked off network. WiFi password should have remained active until our checkout time on Saturday.

Very Close to Beach

Great property, very close to the beach! Everything was clean, very comfy and the process to access was smooth. Only thing I would point out is that the front door doesn't lock from the inside, this is really only a concern if you have a toddler looking to escape! Would stay here again.

Great location

Great location, easy walk t the beach. Property was just as pictured, perfect for a family with kids. Rental company was super easy to deal with, very easy check in and check out process. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

We had a great experience. Nice bedrooms, great baths, fluffy towels. I liked the starter things-dish detergent, toiletries, etc. Found no hair dryer although we were told the condo had one. The decor was so nice. Loved the close access to the beach and hotel as we were there to attend my nephews wedding. I was able to get answers to questions I had. We would recommend this home. Thank you for the memories.

The Perfect Vacation Spot!

This is an amazing property and we couldn't have asked for anything better! It is beautifully decorated, very spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect - out the front door for a short walk or bike ride to the beach and out the back door just a few steps to the pool. It was just as advertised and we hope to visit many more times in the future. There was only one problem - we had to leave and come home!!!

Awesome!!!

We are currently working on a new project in Hilton Head SC. I usually book hotels for my employees but this time I decided to look into renting a larger property to accommodate 5 of my employees. I was really impressed with the easy check in. The space looked even better than the pictures, the beds were comfortable and the property was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. We will be back in the area in a week or two and I’m hoping to book the property again.

Amazing property

This was the third different unit we'd stayed in within the Beachwalk subdivision of Shipyard. It was by far the most beautifully decorated and was so wonderful. We plan to reserve this very same unit again next Christmas.

Beachwalk

Convenient to tennis center and good for bike riding. Close to beach. Close to many good restaurants. Property was nicely decorated. Enjoyed the Self Center theater. Operating the televisions was a challenge. WiFi was not available. Very close to the pool. We would recommend property to a friend.
