Outdoor amenities include swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, fire pit, and grills. Security gate access. Two parking spaces per unit. No pets. No boats or trailers.
LOCATION: Conveniently located on Reed Drive. Walking distance to many family attractions. Adjacent to public beach access and family campground on either side of complex.
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. Queen * Queen. Island Club linen service with beds made. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 Smart TVs and wireless Internet access. Private deck with porch furniture and oceanview. Close to pool, shopping and restaurants. Available year-round. Three-night minimum. No smoking. No pets.
This middle row condo rents weekly or monthly in the off-season. Check availability and rates for nightly and weekly rentals. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
2025-2026: September $2,200; October $2,000; November – March $1,450; April $1,800; May $1,950. Base rental rates for 28-night reservation; other fees apply.
