This vacation rental is a LEGAL Oahu vacation rental operating in a Resort Zoned District and is not affected by the passage of Bill 89. This property has a mandatory 30 day minimum. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days of the rental is actually used or occupied per the city and county of Honolulu. An artist retreat, this home away from home, will surround you with the feeling if the islands your entire stay. We are located on the resort property of KoOlina where there are many magical gems to explore. Because we are on the ground floor, it makes it easy to load and unload your luggage, groceries... (no stairs if you have bad knees). Relax in our cozy living room after a day at the beach, or a round of golf. Kick back and watch a movie or take a stroll to one of the award winning eateries on property. Our stunning 2 bedroom/ 2 bath is sure to please. There is a complete kitchen to create your meals at home, or pack the perfect something for a sunset picnic. There are two full bathrooms, one on each side of the unit. You can sleep peacefully on the king size bed and watch your favorite shows before you nod off or let the beautiful artwork relax you into sweet dreams. The queen size bed in our "Hawaii" room has a fan to keep you cool. The layout of our home gives you a sweet and private place to retreat to as well as a comfortable gathering place in the living room. When the trade winds are blowing, it is such a pleasure to enjoy your coffee, a good book or a glass of wine the lanai.

Great Owners and home

I had an excellent at this home, her and her husband were so incredible and the best hosts. The house was decorated amazing and had really nice beds and flatscreen TVs in each room. It is located right by the pool, and on the ground floor with an amazing location . There's Internet and really good dish network and lots of movies. Everything is done really high class in this rental and there's an amazing golf cart and lots of things for the ocean and beach. I felt at home and stayed there a month and it was incredible. She was such an amazing host and now a good friend! I highly recommend staying in this vacation rental and I look forward to going back there again. The pool is really nice and the hot tub. The neighbors were great and the whole place was an amazing experience :)

Great apartment in the best comunity

The apartment was great and fully furnished with everything you may want. Carpet needed to be changed and it was a bit crowded sometimes, but Patricia did a great job accommodating to our needs. Thanks Patricia for a great stay.

Papa and Gigi's long vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this Ko Olina Condo. We had a great lawn off our lanai that our grandchildren loved to play in. This is a nice quiet area in the development, a good mix of visitors and long term tenants with good access to the hotels and lagoons if you want to mix with the tourists or go out to eat. Our owner was great and helpful with ideas and resolution of minor issues. We were sorry to leave. Thanks so much.

Great family getaway from the northwest winter.

Patti, We were so blessed this 2016 new year to stay in Hawaii for one month. And even more blessed to have stayed in your absolutely amazing condo. We found you thru vrbo. Were looking at a couple different condos in Koolina. After talking with some realtors about other properties or not getting any reply from them at all, we decided to find a condo listed directly by owner. This is where we found your condo and got a reply from you right away. When we looked thru the pics that were posted we weren't crazy about the unit but seeing that it was close to the pool and the lagoons plus our dates were available and the price was fair we decided to book it. When we got to the condo , the place was amazing! first impression was Wow!!!! Those pics didn't do your place any justice:) I think the only thing that I would recommend is for you to change those pics maybe even hire someone to do a photo shoot. The place is amazing it would be nice to see some daylight pics and maybe more pics all together. The two bedrooms are in opposite corners of the unit, nice for privacy. Each bedroom has its own bath. Good sized kitchen( fully stocked) which is opened to the dining, living room and patio. The pool area with a large hot tub and three covered barbecue areas was great and literally a minute away off the back patio. Almost every morning we enjoyed a big breakfast on the shaded patio in Hawaii's beautiful climate. Once again, we are so thankful to you for finding us a crib, high chair and car seat for our one year old, especially when I asked you if you had any baby stuff the day before we were to arrive. You didn't have to, but you saved us so much hassle and money. Thank you! The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes with the stroller. Beautiful walk thru the golf coarse and resort areas. We usually stayed at lagoon one. Water in the lagoons, for the most part was calm, great for the whole family, our one year old daughter loved it! Costco, Walmart, Safeway, Target all a 15 minute drive away. We absolutely loved our stay to the very last day and realized that one month was not enough. Thank you Patti! God bless!

4 Stars - A Stunning Ko'Olina Kai 2br/2ba Condo - a piece of paradise!

My family and I enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime at this beautiful condominium! It is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach lagoons of Ko'Olina -- wonderful walking trails lead to the golf course, the ABC store, a variety of local restaurants, and the local hotels. We took local catamaran tours,saw dolphins and turtles and snorkeled. I took daily runs around the lagoons and my husband golfed at the local course. The Owners were responsive and hospitable. The house is beautifully decorated with original artwork and includes comfortable sofas, beds, and a terrific lanai that is just steps from the community lava rock-surrounded swimming pool and hot tub. We made sure to head to the Marina for the nightly sunsets at Lagoon 4 and would definitely recommend this to a friend.
