Welcome to The Preserve at Great Pond in Windsor, CT! Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
