Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

This lovely creekside complex is located three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right in front of the building. You'll be within an easy walk of Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and many more attractions on the Parkway. The property is just one mile north of the boundary of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike the Appalachian Trail, fish in roughly 2,900 miles of streams, and watch for passing wildlife in Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge is only eight miles north as well, where you'll find Dollywood, WonderWorks, and an assortment of wonderful dinner theaters.



Mountain View Event Space: This versatile onsite event venue is the perfect space for a variety of gatherings, from conferences and meetings to baby showers and retreats.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.
