In general this property is in need of better upkeep and cleaning. The location is interesting but there really is no mountain view until you walk down the road. The hot tub was nice but the water was dirty and the recirculation pump is quite noisy at all hours. Pest management is clearly a problem with an overabundance of pest deterent devices installed throughout the interior. I can understand dead insects here and there but chewed up mouse bait and dead animal odors in the closet aren't what I would expect. I would not recommend this location.

The large stuffed bear animal caused some chaos barking but other than that it was very accommodating

When we arrived at cabin we found the exterior door upstairs to the balcony would not lock. It was completely missing the locking mechanism. I messaged and called about this at 4pm. When you call you only communicate with AI and there is no way to get a live person on phone. I was told that there was an urgent ticket put in and the issue would be resolved. Finally at 10pm I went and bought a ratchet strap and secured the door myself. Maintenance showed up at 12:30 am and was unable to fix it because they didn’t have proper parts. The photo that I had sent was not shared with them so they were not properly prepared. Maintenance said someone would be out the next day to fix but felt that I had adequately secured. I heard nothing until the next day when I reached out for an update and all I heard was an urgent ticket was submitted. Then the next update I got was that the door was fixed and ticket closed. I immediately responded that was not fixed. I also asked that they add to ticket that the dryer lint trap was missing and plug ins in living room would not securely hold a plug. I had a lot of wasted time from my trip trying to communicate via phone and messages about the issues with this cabin and also setting waiting for maintenance. When we left none of the maintenance issues had been resolved and the company was not trying to make it right. We stayed at this cabin 7 nights! What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation was not. I would NOT recommend this cabin at all.
