welcome to our charming and modern two-bedroom home in Thamesmead, SE28 – the perfect base for exploring London.

The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a stylish dressing mirror, and its own TV for a relaxing stay. The second bedroom includes a small double and a single bed, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers. You’ll also enjoy a beautifully finished bathroom, a cosy living room with a TV, and a lovely private garden – perfect for a morning coffee or a peaceful evening unwind.

Guests have access to secure gated parking and excellent transport connections. We’re just one minute from the nearest bus stop and a 10-minute walk from Woolwich Elizabeth Line Station and Woolwich Fabricant Centre. From there, you’ll have easy access to Canary Wharf, North Greenwich, the O2 Arena, Stratford, Westfield Shopping Centre, West Ham Stadium, the ExCeL Centre, and Central London.

It’s also easy to reach East London via the Woolwich Ferry, London City Airport (10 minutes by DLR), and Heathrow Airport in around 45 minutes via the Elizabeth Line. Local shops and everyday amenities are just a short walk away.

Fabulous host, was there to check us in & showed us all around the house.2 small local shops 5 minutes walk away plus a lovely park 10 minutes the other way.Nearest tubes are Woolwich and Plumstead.Great Garden area with furniture and a parasol, plus a large bench to sit on. Is south-west facing so you get the sun all day.Everything you need in the kitchen including a washer and a drier. (Clothes stand in the outside storage box).Main bathroom has a large walk in shower with a waterfall head and hand held sprayer, with wc & sink.Also has a wc & sink in another room. Beds were really comfortable with a fan in each bedroom plus wardrobes. Could have done with a few more hangers for a longer stay. Love the blinds as they are super easy to use. Massive TV in the lounge with 2 x 3-seatee leather sofas. The only couple of things I'd suggest are coasters for cups/glasses and throws for the sofas.Overall a really lovely place to stay.
