VRBO customer service was great, I was not sattified with the host and lack of attention to issues we hadThe property was not cleaned to satisfaction. My guest had to spend time when checking in to clean. The TV upstairs in 4/5 rooms was not working, it took a week to get the host to get them to work, and that was with the assistance of calling VRBO directly and complaining to them, that they had to intervene.The jets in the jacuzzi of the pool never worked. I only got excuses from the host based on their communication with the pool person they use.Contacting VRBO directly was great, but didnt get the attention from the host the way I expected. I felt like they found excuses why Jets was not working and why TV's was not working instead of fixing the issues right away.
