-If you are not using the patio, the patio furniture can be moved to the side and the space can be used as a driveway to park a sedan car.
- Free 2-hour street parking (very seldom enforced). There is plenty of street parking right across the street, on the side street and on the street directly behind the home.
- Free overnight street parking from Midnight-6:59am

Guest Access & Security:
Smart lock system with keyless entry with 24/7 access during your stay. Code will be provided 24 hours before arrival and will expire upon departure and won’t work prior to arrival.

Exterior security camera at the front & rear entrance (records video/audio when motion is detected)

Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping the noise levels reasonable for others. If you wish to party, visit the many extravagant nightclubs & bars nearby!

House Rules:
We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. By booking this home, you are agreeing to abide by these house rules.


**$1000-$1500 fine will be imposed for any violation of the following rules:

– Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM–7AM.
– Noise levels must be kept within normal conversation volume during the day.
– Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, bluetooth speakers, animal barking, etc.) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times.
– Outdoor music is not permitted after 10PM.
– Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times.
– No smoking allowed in or near entrances of home. Evidence of smoking will be fined $1,200 to cover the cost of smoke removal equipment and cleaning fees. This includes the front and the back of the house.
– No pets are allowed (some exceptions may apply - ask if you have pets). Service animals permitted with proper documentation.
– Unauthorized animals will be charged a fine of $250 and the cost of any additional cleaning or damages.
– Parties/events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If the neighbors are disturbed, we reserve the right to ask the guest to vacate the premises with no refund.
– Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order.
– Guests may only use appliances for their intended use.
– Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property.
– All guests are the sole responsibility of the occupant who made the reservation.
– Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit.
– Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the property.

Guest Count Policy

I am so excited to host you! To ensure your stay is comfortable and fair for everyone, here’s what you need to know about the guest count policy:

– The number of guests at check-in must match your reservation.
– Each guest beyond 6 guests is subject to a $25/night fee.
– Example: A group of 8 guests will incur a $50/night additional guest fee.

Booking confirms acceptance of house rules. Violations may result in cancellation or fines.

**Host reserves the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if the rules are violated.
