LOCATION:
The villas are within walking distance to Berawa's cafes and restaurants and 2minutes from Berawa beach, Finns beach club and newly opened Atlas beach club. There are several supermarkets and a park perfect for jogging and outdoor workouts close by. Check the villas' guide book for recommendations on where to go and what to do nearby.

THE VILLAS:
This is a listing of 3 villas next to each other: two identical 7bed villas that are interconnected by a sliding door and one 5bed villa next door with 3 dining areas, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens and 3 indoor living rooms (2 of them also have karaoke equipment). In total 19 bedrooms that can fit 38 people in total included in price.

POOL AREAS:
• There are three 12m*4m private pools with sunken pool bars (1 per villa)

DINING AREAS - LIVING ROOMS - KITCHENS:
• There are 3 dining areas (two 12pax and one 8pax), 4 open space living rooms (1 per villa for the two 7bed villas and 2 for the 5bed villa) and 3 modern fully equipped kitchens
• There are also 3 additional kitchens only used from the staff

KARAOKE/INDOOR LIVING ROOM - 7BED VILLA:
• Each 7bed villa (2 interconnected in total) has a private indoor living room with karaoke equipment, smart flat-screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels.

ENTERTAINMENT ROOMS:
• There are two downstairs entertainment rooms with smart flat screen TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, sound proofing, private bar, sound system and home cinema.
• There is also DJ equipment available at 1.500.000 IDR extra cost.
• Maximum capacity per entertainment room: 20 people.

19 BEDROOM SUITES & 19 EN-SUITE LUXURY BATHROOMS:
• There are 19bedroom suites: 5 with super king size (200cm*200cm) beds, 9 with king size (180cm*200cm) beds and 5 with twin beds. All twin bedrooms can be converted into hollywood twins.
• The 5bed villa features 1 super king size (200cm*200cm) master bedroom suite, 3 king size (180cm*200cm) bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (can be converted into hollywood twin).
• Each of the two 7bed villas features the master and junior bedroom suites that have a super king size (200cm*200cm) bed, 3 suites that have king size (180cm*200cm) beds and 2 twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms can become hollywood twins if needed.
• All suites have smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, AC, deposit box, dressing room, en-suite luxury bathrooms with shower and hot water
• The master bedroom and junior suite of the 7bed villas (two in total) and the master suite of the 5bed villa are larger with private living room space and separate dressing space. The en-suite bathrooms of these suites have both bathtub and shower.
