GUEST ACCESS & STAY DETAILS

We’re available through the app or by phone.

For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks’ worth of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Guests staying beyond two weeks will need to purchase additional supplies.

For monthly stays, actual utility usage will be billed, and a deposit of $100–$400 is required.



OUTDOOR LIVING: Fire pit, many comfortable seatings in the private fenced yard for all rooms guests. Multiple tables with seatings in the fenced backyard for all guests as well. Furnished patio w/ dining table, kids’ playground area, grass front yard.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, A/C units in each floor in the common area. Each bedroom has a fan in the closet.

KITCHEN: Fridge, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, Crockpot, toaster, drip coffee maker, tea kettles, cooking basics, dishware & flatware
