Welcome to your beachfront retreat on Boca Grande. Set just above the sand with wide Gulf views, this condo offers the kind of stay where you fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake to soft island light. The village, with its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, is only minutes away, making it easy to slip between quiet beach time and the charm of town.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and an open, sun-filled living space that flows naturally to the outdoor patio — the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset hour, or simply breathing in the Gulf breezes. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, ideal for unwinding after a day on the beach or exploring the island.

Beautiful unit and terrific view. Love the amenities of the Boca Grande Club…pool, Tiki Bar, restaurants with delicious food and kind staff. Best sunset ever.

This has been my favorite spot yet, AND it was a work trip! This room is set in such a beautiful spot, beachfront, and had all I needed for me and my husband to spend a weekend revamping our company policies and working- 2 desk stations, a printer and windows for so many large post its! No one wants to work but doing it while I got to watch dolphins literally JUMP out of the water was amazing! The location is so close to downtown and dining, you could ride a golf cart. The on property restaurant was delicious too! The host was beyond helpful , and also gave us dining recommendations. The outdoor lanai is heaven...stop thinking about it, and BOOK THE TRIP!
