Wake up every morning to the calming sounds of 10 mile creek just out of your door. Enjoy the comfort of our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo and walk (rather than have to drive) to the Main Street restaurants and stores. Sit back at the end of the day, after hitting one of the local ski resorts which are a short drive away, or after taking a hike in the summer, in front of our wood fireplace (firewood provided) . Ground floor with entrance from garage so no hauling skis and groceries up. TV in every bedroom and lounge.

Close to ski resorts. Free bus stop 2 mins away. We have a ring camera on the front door that only captures who is at the front door.

Nice, clean condo. Served our newds veey well. Outdoor Hot tub was great, indoor was not working one guest mentioned the pad on the 2nd bedroom was too big for the mattress. Fireplace was great, especially like the proximuty to the frisco shuttle to copper.

Great location, a short walk into Main st. Great for exploring all the area. Comfortable stay. Facilities such as hot tubs and hot pool were well maintained. Quiet complex. Everything included for a lovely mountain getaway

Andy is a great host and very communicative. Check in was easy, we were even able to check in a little early! And the condo had everything we needed for our ski trip. The racks in the garage and the boot racks in the entryway were nice touches! The kitchen is also fully equipped so we were able to cook a couple dinners during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great Summit County Ski Local

Frisco is a great place to stay when skiing Summit County resorts and this place was ideal. Nice location by a creek. Just off the main drag. Nice Jacuzzi. Clean. Very nice roomy space for 3 people. Host Andy was very nice too. Let us check in a little early.

Creek side condo

My husband and I come to Frisco every year and love the area, condos, fireplace and creek. It is very homey, cozy and perfect. Andy, the owner was very friendly with the whole process from beginning to end and would definitely come back and recommend. Thanks Andy!!!

Frisco Ski Vacation

Condo was as advertised. Great location, only about a block from Summit Stage stop with easy access to Copper Mountain. The only issue during our stay, was the hot tubs were not functioning properly. Maintenance got the indoor tub corrected, but the outdoor hot tub never worked our entire stay. There's nothing better than a nice soak after a day of skiing! I would stay here again!

Andrew's communication and stay is the reason we keep only going there. Fabulous location in town of Frisco and relaxation vacation nestled next to mountain spring creek. Whp would ask for more! Thanks again Andrew for a wonderful vacation stay!

Frisco / Cross Creek Condo July 2023

We really loved the property location, the nearby creek was running fast for July which exceeded our expectations. Unit was clean and the owner (Andy) couldn't have been better when it came to communication. I'll definitely keep this unit on file for my next trip to the Frisco area, which is scenic and just small enough to make it feel quaint / secluded. Highly recommend this property / owner!
