The Space:

You will be sure to enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this spectacular Gleneden Beach vacation getaway. Inside this luxurious recently updated and refurbished home, you will find a stunning interior filled with wood accents, a fully-equipped kitchen with marvelous, stainless-steel appliances, and great views of the ocean. It includes a Ping- Pong table along with books and board games for extra entertainment. Outside, you will find a deck to take in the jaw-dropping views of the ocean and a gas grill for BBQs. Of course, there is a private hot tub with a view out back, perfect for relaxation. This family-friendly retreat also offers a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the nearby beach. Don't forget to bring along the family dog as this house also welcomes your furry friends to come along.



Public beach access can be found 0.1 miles to the south of the house at the west end of Bella Beach Circle where you will find plenty of sandy beaches to explore in either direction. There are a few restaurants in Gleneden Beach, or head less than two and a half miles north over to Salishan Resort and get in a round of golf or hit the spa. There is a grocery store one and a half miles to the south along Highway 101, or you will find major shopping and necessities eight miles to the north in Lincoln City.

Great house, two levels make it nice for groups people can go downstairs for quiet or stay upstairs to be social. We loved that both bathrooms were accessible without walking through a bedroom. Great for groups

Review the list of amenities before booking!

Be sure to read all details before booking this house. THE FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. To have a gas fireplace but not allow guests to use it is absolutely asinine. I texted with Vacasa guest services thinking I was doing something wrong but they said since the amenity is not listed, it is not for use. This needs to be much more clearly outlined both in the listing AND in the house itself. It would have saved me 30 mins. I have never rented a house with a fireplace, gas or otherwise, that I could not use. The only reason for a 2 star is the view and proximity to the ocean.Also, when we checked in, there was a sewer'ish smell throughout the house. We had to open windows and burn candles until it finally dissipated. Several dishes and pots were unclean. Old food/crust was stuck to a number of them. The counters also were not wiped after the last visitors (old food, etc. stuck). I'd expect a lot more based on the price we paid for this house.The only pros to this property are the views, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean.

Beach Dream is BACK!

We rented this property 20 years ago for my son’s 5th birthday. We came back every year for 10 years. This weekend we celebrated his 25 and were so happy to see all the new updates at Beachdream. Most of the furniture seemed brand new,windows and doors updated or fixed and beds and linens super comfortable. We had such a great weekend and enjoyed a 5star clean and updated house!

Great view poor house

The propert has had very little maintenance over the years. Uncomfortable bed upstairs. Toaster only half works. We ran out of propane half way through our dinner. Clothes washer was full of wet Towels. Cushions on the two chairs by the sliding door very uncomfortable. No screens on any of the windows or the doors. In short, the house has been neglected. No instructions on the TV and how to operate cable and TV. Upstairs bedroom carpet stained. Kitchen cabinet doors some have to be held closed with rubber bands. We wouldn’t rent again at that price. Not worth it no matter how good the view is.

Family escape

I really enjoyed this location. There were a few cosmetic issues but that didn't stop us from enjoying and exploring this lovely area! It was quiet and peaceful. Fully enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views. Needs upkeep.

The home has beautiful views, and could be so much more with just some basic upkeep. For example, check lightbulbs many were burnt out, install hot tub porch light so it can be used in the evening, hot tub slider door is horribly out of adjustment and hard to gain access. The house also smells very musty or mildew filled. Lots of gapping and rusting at all the doors and windows. Might be why. Some basic care and upkeep and the house would be amazing. It’s like the management company doesn’t really care for repeat or happy business.

Nice Home with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home inside. Very nice kitchen. The views are incredible. There is only one bedroom on the first floor. The beach access is like a block away. When we arrived, we opened the garage door on the right side to help unload the car. Wood fell off the doors as it was opening and would not close without manually doing it. The door off the kitchen has air pouring in when it’s closed. The front yard has tall ‘hay like’ grass, weeds and flower pots full of weeds. I shared this with management prior. None of these issues interfered with our stay. House just needs a little maintenance. Fun time.

Excellent for families

Had 2 families stay in this house. 4 adults and 4 children. Everyone was comfortable with a bed and plenty of rooms available for kids to nap in a quiet part of the house. Great view and easy access to the beach!

Needs A LOT of TLC

This property appears to be run-down, there is no follow through after the stay or really during, view is as spectacular as the photos however property condition is not. None of the doors work properly (total Safety issue), needs serious paint touch up (peeling paint too), carpets and furniture are stained throughout, needs to be weeded, garage doors in need of repair (missing wood on one), rusty fence outside, TV's don't work, bedroom downstairs "bunkhouse" is excessively hot if the heat is used at all. I was very disappointed in the condition of this home as I wasn't just paying for a view, I felt really uncomfortable at this property and was glad to leave for home.

Nice ocean front home needing TLC

Nice home with great views, lots of space for guests, and good entertainment. We had a great time however, the house could use a lot of TLC. Weather stripping under living room door was completely gone and cold air and water came into the house. Sliding glass door locks are broken. You have to use a stick to 'lock" them. Most beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Having only two common/shared bathrooms would a downfall with larger groups.

Amazing Beach View and Access

My family enjoyed our stay. We loved the view and listening to the ocean. We mainly hung out in the living room with the view of the ocean. And we could access the beach from the street we were on, and we went to the beach multiple times per day. The beds were all comfortable. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk room. We enjoyed driving to Depoe Bay, Newport, and Lincoln City which were all close by. There was also a cafe within walking distance and Chester’s market was a very close 3 minute drive. The hot tub view of the ocean was very nice as well. The only con (small) was we couldn’t adjust the thermostat ourselves. And the kids’ bunk room was very warm at night. We contacted the host (Vacasa), and they didn’t really have a solution other than opening windows and turning the heat off, which did work but you should be able to adjust the thermostat. But we would definitely stay here again. It is a great location and clean home!

Loved this vacation!

Vacasa is so easy to work with! The house was clean and everything went perfectly. I loved the communication along the way. Light, friendly, and relaxing. They were so easy to work with. We had no issues and would definitely go through them for a house again in the future!!

Carpet Stains Everywhere

Carpet stains were everywhere and it was hard to get past that to enjoy the other great things this house has to offer. There are other cosmetic issues that would be expected for a coastal vacation rental, but the carpet was beyond that normal wear and tear. I loved the ocean view, family-friendly neighborhood, and proximity to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was clean and working. If the carpet was replaced I would consider staying here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

This was such a wonderful location and house for our family vacation! So so happy with everything. Very well stocked with kitchen needs, towels, blankets, soap, etc. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does need some repairs and the fireplace was out of order. The hottub was a nice addition that we used quite a bit. Such a short walk to the beach -which was a very nice beach. Definitely recommend!

Lincoln Beach Dream, Not so much...

While the Ocean view was phenomenal and exactly as described, all of the fabric furniture was stained substantially and 2 of the chair cushions badly torn. The carpets throughout the entire house were severely stained to the point of being unsanitary. We were afraid to go barefoot as we did not know what bacteria was there. We travel extensively and have never had to give a bad review until now. The home itself is a great location, kitchen had all we needed, towels and linens clean and plentiful but the condition of the carpet and furniture was extremely distressing.

Great place

Great beach house! Location is lovely, short walk to beach access (right out the court), and great view over the beach out the back. Note that the stairs down to the beach don't have a railing all the way, and the last few steps are rather precarious onto sand-covered not-flat rocks - an older person in the group needed assistance and even the spriest of us were taking it very slow! Quiet neighborhood, mostly vacation rentals. C'est La Vie cafe is just delightful and amazing to have within walking distance. The little playground was fun to visit with the kids. House was good inside, a little wear and tear starting to show like stains on the carpet and small tear in chair cushion - nothing that affected function and didn't bother us. The gas fireplace did not appear to be able to turn on, so that was a disappointment for us since we had specifically filtered for a place with a fireplace - granted, I also didn't try calling management so it might have been able to be resolved. Nice array of board games and puzzles for all ages, and a couple sets of toys in the bunk bed room was a treat for the kids. Would stay again!

Mostly good some not so good.

The property was very nice and well stocked. The view was fabulous. On our arrival the was a loud alarm going off in the down stairs bedroom. I traced it to a box in the closet, the was a box labeled “septic tank pump alarm” I was able to turn it off and called The Vacasa number we had on our app and reported the problem. They said they would have someone there within the hour. There service man was there in 45 minutes and fixed the problem and also showed me how to fix if it happened again. I did have to fix it one more time the next day. After that it was fine. We had a wonderful week, beach access was great. The next door neighbor was very nice. The only other problem we had was, by mistake we left some jackets and rain coats in the entire closet. We have called Vacasa twice to see if the cleaning crew had found them, they told us they had to charge us $25 to have some one go and check. So far no luck finding our jackets and rain coats. Beautiful location / home needs work

Overall our stay was great however in previous reviews it was noted to them that there were issues with the microwave and dishwasher and they commented that it had been resolved however NO it has not. The dishwasher does not clean the top rack and the silverware area is rotted and rusted through. The microwave does not work and is still there with a broken handle etc. They have just thrown a microwave on the counter to use. The beds were advertised as 3 queens and 1 full - in fact all bedrooms have fulls in them. The last issue is they advertise the house for up to 12 people but they only leave a small amount of toilet paper. Again overall the house is good and is in a GREAT location but could use some management and care.

It was a nice place e. The microwave was broken. They did deliver a countertop one. It was very small but worked. Garbage was full and I sent a email but had no response.
