The Space:

The ocean beach is only one block from this polished, four-bedroom home in Pacific City, an all-seasons beach retreat with an expansive backyard and spacious decks on both floors. This two-story home is a wonderful base for a family looking to enjoy Pacific City, with Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Brewing, and Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides all within walking distance.



After a day full of surfing and boogie boarding, you'll have an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand, a washer/dryer for your swimsuits, and a backyard firepit where you can gather for s'mores and stories. The two decks offer a beautiful spot to begin and end each day outdoors. Sip your morning coffee in an Adirondack chair, get the gas grill going for a lunchtime barbecue, and set the table upstairs for an alfresco dinner at sunset.



The interior is airy and open, with a lovely central kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seats, and a four-person dining nook. In the evenings, watch movies and play board games in two living rooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - before retiring to the serene bedrooms. Of the four (two upstairs, two downstairs), two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two are adjacent to the two additional full bathrooms.



A high chair, baby gates, and a Pack 'N Play are available for your little ones as well.

Great bedrooms with a washroom for each. Wonderful gathering areas for visiting and games. Fenced backyard. Very well stocked kitchen.(could’ve used some dish cloths). Super comfortable beds. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Great house great location.

"ocean view home" is inaccurate. From the upstairs deck there is not a view of the ocean buy any means. It is a fairly short walk to the beach access and it was nice to have a wagon to pull stuff to the beach. Otherwise the house was pretty much as described. Under the furniture (including the beds) has never been cleaned since the furniture was delivered...which, I'm guessing, was some time ago.

This place is in a great area! Beautiful house however the house was not properly cleaned, and there was urine stains in the bed from a previous animal.

This house is top notch! Very clean, with all supplies needed for a larger gathering. Loved having 4 bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. We really appreciated it being dog friendly and having a fenced backyard. We had no complaints at all.

Family getaway

We had 4 families staying at the house and it was so nice having enough bedroom space and bathrooms for everyone. The location was amazing and everything was in walking distance. Made for a great weekend! Would highly recommend for large groups.

Beautiful home in a great location

We stayed for 3 nights with two families, and the layout worked out perfectly! The house was great, and the check in/check out and communication was very easy. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having the two living room areas for teens/adults.

Beach week!

We had a great stay, good for kids, great floor plan for having guests too. Very easy walk to the beach, pelican brewery, coffee shop, etc. the kids loved it, lots of fun toys at the property for the kids too. Would stay here again!

Beautiful spacious home (except for dining area). Suited our family very well, including one person who needed handicap accessible options.Only real negative was the amount of sand on the floor in downstairs bedroom. So good!

We loved this place—big enough for our group with plenty of room for us to congregate while also having plenty of private space in the large rooms and bathrooms. So clean, up to date house, easy check-in and checkout. Lots of parking, great second floor balcony, EASY walk to the main part of town (The Pelican Brewery, Cape Kiwanda Market, the beach and Stimulus coffee—amazing latte). We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family getaway

The house was very clean! Love the location! It was really nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. It was also nice to have an enclosed backyard space. We did not see a lighter or fire starter to light fire in the fire pit. We also noticed the light fixture over the dining room table and upstairs bathroom lights flickering occasionally (not like a single lightbulb flickering because it is dying) Just FYI for the home owner to know. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the house. Would recommend to others and also would come back ourselves if in the area!

Comfort a Few Minutes From the Beach

Upon arrival the home was so welcoming. It was like walking into a friend's home. The location was ideal. It was close to the beach and restaurants. There are some beautiful walks on trails through the cute neighborhood to the beach. If you want to walk into town it is a reasonable walk. We all enjoyed our stay. If you have children, the home is well stocked with toys and games.

Lovely stay

Easy all around. Check in/check out was smooth, house was absolutely lovely. Only minor complaints was price was a little steep to comparables, and wish it had a hot tub. Also 11am checkout would be much easier to deal with vs 10. Would 10/10 stay again.
