At this newly built house, you will find everything that you need to feel right at home and relax like a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private gas grill, an outdoor dining area under a covered patio, and a flatscreen TV with cable.



What's nearby:

You can access a seven-mile stretch of a sandy beach just 0.4 miles from the house. Downtown Rockaway Beach is three miles to the south, where you will find an array of dining options, antique stores, fun gift shops, necessities, and more. Catch the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a quick trip down to the fishing village of Garibaldi, where you can pick up some fresh seafood from the marina. Crabbing and salmon fishing are less than five minutes away on the Nehalem River, and great trout fishing awaits at Lake Lytle.

Her stay here was great the only thing that I would recommend is putting a small fence line in the backyard as it is exposed to the forest if you have dogs that could be a concern, maybe a little landscaping could help. And cleaning the front porch area. Other than that it was great

House was the perfect size and decorated beautifully. Great location that is pretty close to the beach. If you like tacos I suggest Barview Jetty Taqueria. I gave this a 4 star review based on the following disappointments. Property had several lights burnt out or not working. There were no games or activities there. Back yard was overgrown and not mowed. Cable remote was not found until checkout day so couldn’t watch local news. No garage access which is not part of the listing. And no communication with an actual host only automated replies.

House was very cozy and loved the neighborhood.

The best house to stay. Loved the beach and how it was calm and relaxing. This is our new favorite place to stay.

The house was pretty clean. The floors left our feet kind of black though. The grass was super tall and needed to be cut - front and back. There was bird poop all over the porch despite the nest in the front on the light (I know the birds are protected, etc). A few things in kitchen could've been a bit upgraded - not working can opener, only a few dishwasher pods, not as many pans and pots. The soap in the main bathroom was watered down. The house was beautiful and very nice and matched what was advertised online. The hot water seemed to run out pretty fast with just a few showers. The bunk bed in the kids room was loose (bolts need to be tightened) and the kitchen table also was loose (again another bolt probably needed to be tightened). Probably being picky but could potentially cause issues for people who stay. Overall we enjoyed it as it was quiet and quaint and really close to the beach. Would recommend but definitely maybe look into those to fix or improve for the price of what we paid for our stay.

Your notes about the floors and porch, the lawn, the kitchen supplies, hot water capacity, and a couple of loose bolts are very helpful — our team is scheduling a deep clean, arranging yard service, restocking and upgrading kitchen items, checking hot water performance, and tightening the bunk bed and table hardware so future stays are even better. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to the coast.

This house was everything we needed and was so comfortable. We would absolutely rent this house again. Nedonna beach was super cool.

Nice beach Home ! Would return !

The Captains quarters was clean and nicely tucked away in a little Beachside neighborhood. Beach access was just a 10 minute walk . The beach was beautiful and the Quarters were comfy and pet friendly . Would definitley reccomend this home !
