気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The HOST wouldn't give the location until 2 hrs before check in & refused cancel as actual location unknown until arrival. Bad or late communication via app. Apartment wasn’t the 1 shown in listing. Location was 1/2 mile plus from listing map or listed address. Key was in lockbox around corner attached to NYC parking sign. 2nd story walkup over restaurants. Bathroom is old,w/ heavily mildewed shower,cracked tiles, chipped peeling paint & brown hole above tub. Disgusting soap dispenser.2 pipes in middle of bathroom, floor to ceiling near legs while on toilet. Bath sink didnt drain.All windows different from listing. 3of5 w no light (airshaft). Cold wind thru window w new AC unit. Leaking radiator.1 kitchen towel, no paper towels or napkins,1 teaspoon some other random silverware. Has ROKU TV & wifi. Table in living & dining are glass. Noisy Avenue outside. Heated by sole leaking steam radiator. Bedding ok, only 4 thin bath towels. Filed 2 cases w VRBO. HOST refused change, compensation or refund. I will avoid this and any listing by this HOST as deceptive and would not give any consideration for multiple issues.
