Urban Nest Guest House

Lovely above-garage home with full amenities. Perfect for a group of people visiting for a long weekend, concert, or sightseeing. This house is also nice for a business traveler planning a longer stay. A large kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare dinner or a quick reheat of leftovers. The deck off the bedrooms is great for enjoying outdoor space in privacy. This space allows people to feel at home and provides the utmost amenities to facilitate relaxation and convenience.



The Space:

A brand new apartment designed with the intentions of hosting guests. The open floor plan allows couples or families to share common areas with ease. Sliding doors in the bedrooms let in lots of natural light, making the rooms feel spacious and bright.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment. A full kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer) are free to use.



The Neighborhood:

Located just on the periphery of NoDa, a hip and artsy neighborhood with plenty of cute shops, fun bars, and great restaurants. It is an approximately 20 minute walk to the heart of NoDa from our property, which is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Uptown Charlotte is only a quick commute away.



Getting Around:

Explore the city with ease! Uber and Lyft are readily available, and Uptown Charlotte is less than a 20-minute car ride away. Our guest house is just a 5-minute walk to the LYNX light rail, providing convenient access to popular neighborhoods and venues such as Uptown Charlotte, the Epicenter, football stadium, BB&T Ballpark, Southend, and UNC Charlotte. A day pass for the light rail costs $7.00, making it a budget-friendly option for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

We love our fluffy family members, and welcome pets of all kinds!

Please note there will be a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay (so we can pay our stellar cleaning staff to deep clean any pet hair or accidents that may happen, so it is spotless for our next guests!)

Any trained dog is welcomed with the understanding that pet owner is responsible for any messes.



Interaction with Guests:

The apartment is a separate building behind our home. We love meeting new people and sharing stories of travel, information about the area, or a brief hello; however, we fully respect your privacy, and you may enjoy the space without interruption, as you please.
