You’ll be staying in a rapidly developing, convenient areas of Charlotte, minutes from restaurants, breweries, shopping, and Uptown. The area blends modern development with quiet streets and local favorites, making it a great spot for both relaxing and exploring the city.
Guests love the balance of a private, residential feel with quick access to Charlotte’s most popular areas including South End, Uptown, and nearby entertainment districts.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are widely available at all hours.
Scooters and Ride Share options are easy to find nearby.
Driving is simple with quick access to major roads and interstates.
Garage parking for 2 vehicles is provided, plus 1 front-space for a third vehicle. DO NOT block the driveway.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport is easily accessible by car or rideshare.

Rental Agreement:
Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)
A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.
As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.
The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.
Additional information
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.
We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Parking
Free onsite parking available. DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY. Loud and disruptive cars are not permitted and may result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Access to the unit:
Hot tub maintenance occurs once a week, even if the unit is occupied to ensure it stays in good working order. Access to the roof will be required if your trip falls on a day for them to come.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking.
If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.
Damages & Conduct
Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do
Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.
Internet Use
Internet is provided for general use.
Trash
Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
