Set just across the road from the water and a private dock, the home features three large decks with sweeping lake views—ideal for quiet mornings, sunset gatherings, and elevated outdoor entertaining.

Inside, the residence has recently been updated and beautifully appointed for comfort and retreat. Four bedrooms feature private en suite bathrooms, creating a true sense of personal space and making the home especially well-suited for multi-family stays or group getaways. Throughout the home, generous living areas invite you to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded.

At-home amenities elevate the experience even further. After a day on the lake, ease into the private hot tub or sauna, gather for movie nights in the plush home theater, or enjoy friendly competition on the thoughtfully designed game floor; perfect for catching a football or basketball game on one of the two TVs. As the evening slows, fire up the grill and take in the view as the lake reflects the fading light.

An additional 1,200 square feet of living space on the lower level offers even greater flexibility and privacy. This newly updated separate retreat includes a full kitchen, private deck, one and a half bathrooms, and two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, making it ideal for extended family, in-laws, or guests seeking a more secluded stay within the home.

True lake living awaits just steps away at the private dock on Hayden Lake, offering easy access for swimming, boating, and fishing. The nearby marina and restaurant are a short distance away, while Honeysuckle Beach lies less than two miles east. Downtown Coeur d’Alene is a quick 15-minute drive, offering an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment. In the opposite direction, Silverwood Theme Park is an easy 15-mile drive north. For winter adventures, Schweitzer Mountain Resort is about an hour away, with Silver Mountain just 35 minutes from our home.

Guest Access:

Easy and stress-free arrival instructions will be provided 24 hours in advance, including simple keyless entry instructions for the front door.

Perched above Hayden Lake, this neighborhood offers a peaceful hillside setting with cooler evenings, tall trees, and a sense of privacy. Homes are spaced along winding roads, creating a quiet retreat that feels removed from busy streets while staying close to lake access and town conveniences. Guests often choose this area for the views and calm atmosphere, then head down to Hayden Lake for swimming, boating, and lakeside dining. Hayden and Coeur d’Alene are within a comfortable drive, making it easy to balance relaxation with outings. This location is well suited for travelers who want scenery, quiet, and a true retreat feel without being far from amenities.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is necessary for this location on Hayden Lake. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic, offering privacy and views but no walkable access to services. Guests typically drive to the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, and nearby towns. Roads are paved and well maintained, though winding and elevated in places, adding to travel time and scenery. Winter conditions may require additional caution. This location is best suited for guests comfortable driving who value views, space, and a peaceful setting over proximity to amenities.



Other Things to Note:

The homeowners boat will be parked on SE side of Dock. Not for guest use.

There is a Ring door bell camera as well as exterior cameras facing towards the driveway
