Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Our host, Marion was easy to work with and very friendly - giving us some restaurant suggestions in the area and able to accommodate us when our check-in time changed last minute and was very responsive to questions prior to our trip. Check-in was easy and the check-out process was simple and only took us a few minutes to run through the check-out to-do list. Thanks for a great stay, Marion!

The apartment was cozy, cute, clean, and quiet. It was easy to access. And my favorite part of any new stay is if I can easily walk places. A convenience store, multiple coffee shops, and the general downtown area are just a couple blocks away.

We live in this neighborhood. It is safe and friendly. We are part of the original area of Eaton. Our houses are older homes and you will see what is typical to older neighborhoods - Our guests love that they can walk to the bar on the corner and they like the food. It is a block away. Likely a 15 minute walk.

We are in Eaton, Ohio which is a city near the cities of Dayton, Oxford and Cincinnati including Richmond IN. Likely 10 miles off of I-70 • Preble County • Walkable to a local coffee shop, bar & grill, and Dollar General

Welcome to Eaton Home with Violets. The name comes from your host’s longtime hobby of growing African violets. You’ll find two small African violets displayed in the home during your stay.

What you'll love:

✔ Good to know: Non-smoking. Front door is on the right side of the house from the street. No dishwasher; central AC/furnace.

Just a heads-up about the building’s design. From the street view you won’t see doors. The front door is on the right side of the house. From the street, the front door is on your right.

Unit 207 is right next to the sidewalk, and Unit 209 is right beside it. Simply take the four steps from the sidewalk up to the two-step porch.
