The Space:

Exterior façade improvement work, including the balconies, is currently underway in certain sections of the complex and will continue until December 17, 2026. A second phase is also scheduled between April and November 2027, with a pause in construction during the winter months, from mid-December to the end of March.



This work may result in some noise on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.



As the complex is divided into 11 sections, the work is being carried out progressively, and its impact may vary depending on the location of your condo. Given the size of the building, some units are located a considerable distance from the construction areas, which may help reduce noise disturbances.



Here is the anticipated schedule by unit:

Units ending in 1 and 2: August 12 to November 17, 2026

Units ending in 3 and 4: August 27 to November 24, 2026

Units ending in 5 and 6: September 11 to December 17, 2026

Units ending in 7 and 8: September 28 to December 17, 2026

Units ending in 9 and 10: April to June 2027

Units ending in 11: August to October 2027



Regarding the work scheduled for 2027:

Additional improvements will also be made to the front façade of the building, facing the parking area, between April and the end of November 2027.

Please rest assured that the view of the St. Lawrence River from inside the condos will remain unobstructed, as this phase of the work will only affect the façade facing the parking area.
