CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS



All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:



PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:

a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less

b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a or b above by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria, the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.



All refunds, whether in whole or prorated, will be subject to the deduction of third-party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the permitted periods above, the guest is responsible for the full amount of the booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation.



STARTER SUPPLIES: A starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry items is provided.
