Hello, I am from Seattle Wa and have been living here full time for over 5 years now. Panama is a beautiful place to warm your bones and explore. I have enjoyed hiking and excursions to many beautiful locations here - there are many... My property location was chosen because of its Pacific Ocean views, location to abundant wildlife and close proximity to Panama City & Tocumen Airport. This is a great location for day trips and excursions or to just relax and watch all the tropical birds, morpho butterflies, and titi monkeys that roll through in the afternoons. The house was designed for family & friends get-togethers and offers over 7,000 sqf. of spacious living. I sincerely hope you enjoy your stay in my beloved hillside retreat. I chose this neighborhood because I enjoy its laid back jungle setting and private location while still being close to the City and Airport. Our neighborhood is a mixture of expats and locals.

This property is unique due to its lush jungle surroundings, views of the ocean, wrap around terrace and pool area, high end kitchen/ multiple appliances and quiet spaces if you need some me time.
