Your home away from home will be the bright and spacious main level of a rambler-style DUPLEX (there are people living downstairs) with private entrance. You’ll be in St Anthony Park, one of St Paul’s most charming neighborhoods. Within walking distance, you’ll find great shops (grocery, wine, gifts, hardware), library, several restaurants, bank, post office, gas station, and University of Minnesota St Paul Campus. Easy access by bus or car to both downtown Minneapolis and St Paul.
This unit has a gracious living/dining area, spacious kitchen with lots of cabinets and newer stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), a separate laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and spacious closets throughout. There is an attached one-car garage for your convenience, with additional off-street parking in the driveway. Large patio in back, equipped for dining and relaxing, is shared with downstairs guests.
