You are minutes from the Boise River Greenbelt, a great local brewery, and an easy drive to Eagle, local wineries, and the Boise airport. The Expo Idaho Center is right down the street, which makes this home a convenient and stress free base for events, concerts, and trade shows. The neighborhood is quiet and laid back. The home sits at the end of a low traffic cul de sac that feels calm yet still close to everything you want to access.
Inside, the home feels open and welcoming. The layout is designed for easy gathering with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area that seats everyone comfortably, and a living room that invites you to slow down and relax.
