Welcome to Your Luxurious Country Escape

Unplug, breathe deeply, and enjoy peaceful mornings, birdsong, and beautiful open skies. Our beautifully furnished modern farmhouse sits on private acreage, perfect for families, couples, and anyone wanting a quiet, restorative getaway. Relax in the hot tub, drink coffee on the porch (on one of the four comfortable rocking chairs opposite gazebo with quaint pond and water fountain), enjoy the stars, or take slow walks around the property, the peaceful farm setting, gardens, small garden pond views, and seasonal outdoor spaces. Some farm, garden, or homestead features may vary by season, maintenance schedule, weather, and availability, and are not guaranteed guest amenities unless specifically confirmed in the Welcome Guide.

Whether you're visiting for rest, work, intimate gathers, or quality family time — this home is designed to feel like a peaceful retreat while close to shopping and attractions.

This is one of the best properties we have been to. It has all the amenities that you could ever want or need. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The host went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Do not hesitate if you need a perfect place in a very quiet area.

Matt and his team were outstanding guests at Whispering Wind Farms. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout, and they were exceptionally understanding and flexible during an unusually difficult turnover situation caused by a prior guest stay. Throughout the process, Matt and his team were professional, gracious, and easy to work with. They treated the property respectfully, communicated thoughtfully, and left the home in good condition. I especially appreciated the kindness and patience they extended while my cleaning and restoration teams worked hard to prepare the property for race weekend. Matt also communicated a minor housekeeping concern in a courteous and constructive manner, which was genuinely appreciated and helped us improve our laundry inspection procedures moving forward. Overall, this was exactly the kind of guest experience hosts hope for. I would gladly welcome Matt and his group back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.

Home and pool area absolutely stunning. Outside amenities & description a bit vague and didn’t much of what was presented. No chickens or eggs, no garden vegetables, no grill we had to buy one. The outdoor pizza oven had leaves and animal nest so we couldn’t use that. The outdoor fire pit/ grill had no grate to cook on. Outdoor walking map of property was not in welcome booklet in kitchen.Although very nice, the owner messaged me or emailed routinely, some of it was between???? Got a rental agreement and welcome packet after arrival. The welcome packet was helpful, but needs to match the one in the kitchen. Totally understand cameras & security but the constant surveillance couldn’t allow relaxation. We were unable to enjoy the outside of this beautiful property, especially out front as it wasn’t ready for guests enjoyment.I would definitely recommend this, however once all listed amenities are available to paying guests.
