This was the most devastating experience with a property rental. The owner was unresponsive to request for information and d not provide the access code until VRBO contacted him once we were at the location. When we arrived, there was a huge sign saying that the property was closed by the government and that entering the property was a violation subject to penalties. Despite pleading to VRBO to relocate us and explaining the signage, we were provided with no support. We asked in numerous occasions for a reimbursement. No support through VRBO care was provided. The property was closed and we needed to find alternate accommodations late at night. It was a nightmare. BEWARE.

Sadly, any person can write a prejudiced review when she or he did not get what was planned (free accommodation), it was perfectly notify to VRBO and the guest that the sign out side the apart was for another pending tramit that under no circumstances will affect our guest, we had many guest before and after that and they all loeved our Place. Really a shame that they can threaten us with a bad review
