Traveling with pets? We’ve got you covered! The Blue Palm Escape is pet-friendly and features its very own dedicated dog run, giving your furry family members space to play safely and freely. $150 pet fee.

Pool Heating: Please note the maximum temperature setting is 88°F to maintain proper equipment function and ensure a comfortable swim. Pool heating is managed remotely. Temperatures of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool equipment for heating does not run 24/7.

*Electricity Use. Guests are allotted $75 per week of electricity use. Usage is monitored at arrival and when the guest leaves. Any overage will be charged at $0.20 per kwh.

Property Essentials – we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.
