The Space:

Guest Access:

You’ll have full exclusive access to the entire house and private pool—no shared spaces. Use of parking for 3 vehicles is included. We’ll provide self-check-in instructions so you arrive without fuss. Feel free to use the kitchen, laundry, and dining spaces as your own—everything is designed for families to relax and feel at home.



The Neighborhood:

You’re tucked just off Magnolia Avenue in downtown St. Augustine—one of the city’s most charming and walkable neighborhoods. Magnolia, often described as “one of the 10 most photogenic streets in America,” adds a postcard-perfect pulse to your getaway.



Walk a few minutes to the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park for a historic morning stroll, or wander into the heart of town where cobbled lanes, boutique shops, family-friendly restaurants and ice cream stops await.



The nearby beaches, marinas and kayak launches make water-play effortless. Whether you’re chasing paddle-board sunsets or exploring historic forts, this location gives you both central convenience and coastal ease.



Getting Around:

Because you’re centrally located, many of St. Augustine’s major attractions are within walking distance. You’ll find yourself leaving the car more often than you expect. For farther excursions (beach outings, state parks) your rental car or rideshare will make short work of it. The local hop-on/hop-off Old Town Trolley Tours stops throughout downtown offer fun and easy access to over 100 points of interest.



Parking is available onsite so you can park up to 3 vehicles upon arrival and treat each day like a walkable vacation. For families, having the home as a base means the pool, kitchen and calm end-of-day wrap-up happen effortlessly without extra travel.



Other Things to Note:

Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet.

Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.

We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.
