In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

- Guests must send a photo of their ID before check-in to access the building

Check-out time: 11am



No smoking.

No parties.

Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.

Pets are welcome. If you travel with your pet, please expect additional charges.

Common Areas:



Coworking: Available and operating normally.

Sauna: The use of the sauna has a cost of 40,000 COP per hour. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is made directly to the administration’s account.

BBQ Area: Use requires prior reservation with the administration.

Gym and Laundry: Access is managed at the reception desk, where staff will open the spaces for your use.

Laundry Notice: The laundry service is paid: 10000 COP per wash and 10000 COP per dry cycle. Does not accept banknotes larger than 10000 COP.



Notice: There is construction work in the building and on a nearby street between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, which may cause noise.
