INTERACTION WITH HOST
Guests will enjoy a seamless self check-in process with keyless entry, allowing for privacy and independence throughout their stay. While the host will not be physically present, we are always available via message or phone to assist with any questions or needs that may arise, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free experience.

GETTING AROUND
Free on-site parking is provided for up to two vehicles with the parking passes available for you upon arrival. The central location makes it easy to drive to nearby attractions, restaurants, and golf courses.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here are a few additional details:
* This condo is located in Tower 2, providing 16th-floor views for a peaceful and private stay.
* The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety.
* We provide a starter supply of essentials like kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to help you settle in.
* Linens and towels are included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.
* Bay Watch Resort also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as seasonal entertainment options.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
PARKING LIMITATIONS:

Free parking is available in the resort parking deck on a first-come, first-served basis. Each condo is limited to a maximum of two (2) parking spaces.

Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the parking deck. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the deck. The resort may offer limited paid parking in its oversized and overflow lot through the front desk, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for any additional parking fees.

OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), the resorts throughout the region may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 8 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
