Our uniquely designed apartments feature 2-bedroom and 2 and ½ bathrooms with one allocated parking slot in the underground garage (included in the rent, we will inform you about the specific parking slot in advance).

The tasteful interiors and top of the line appliances are designed for comfort and functionality, and include:

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

• Standard check-in time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and check-out time is 12 PM (12:00 HRS)

• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment

• Unauthorized late check-out after 12 PM (12:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate

• Early check-inn from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

• Late check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

• Cleaning Fee applies to the post check-out cleaning only

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the apartment and all facilities within Address Dubai Opera Residences. Enjoy exclusive use of the swimming pool with Burj Khalifa view, the gym, spa with sauna, children’s play area and pool, and landscaped terrace. Access to the building, parking, and amenities is via secure key card. One reserved underground parking space is included with your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, the residence sits beside Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountains. Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, and the Opera House are all just a short walk away. The area offers world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment, blending luxury urban living with vibrant nightlife and cultural experiences. You’ll find convenience stores, cafés, and fine restaurants right within the complex.



Getting Around:

Most attractions are within walking distance. For longer trips, taxis and ride-hailing services such as Careem and Uber are readily available. The Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station is nearby, connecting you easily to the rest of the city. Free parking for one vehicle is provided, and paid parking is available for additional guests.



Other Things to Note:

Please provide passport copies of all guests before arrival to arrange building access, as required by Dubai regulations.

Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available.

Daily housekeeping is complimentary.

While there are several restaurants in the complex, room service is not provided.

Smoking, parties, and pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Baby cot and high chair are available upon request at no charge.
