The island is a mere 10 minute boat ride from the Unesco World Heritage site of Granada (50 minute taxi ride from the international airport of Managua), yet a million miles away in a world of it's own.

An interpreter is available at most times (for a minimal charge).

- Check-in time is at 2PM-5PM and check-out time is before 12AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.

- To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a ‘no pets’ policy, but ask when booking!

- Parties or events are not permitted on the property – penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay.
