The host was excellent to communicate with! Very responsive and caring! The house was nicely set-up with bedrooms and bathrooms and a garage. Was located in a neighborhood that felt safe and had great pizza a couple blocks away!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at this VRBO over Christmas. The location is perfect, and it’s a quick hop into the city on the bus or Metro.A perk we were not aware of when we made the reservation was the fact that it has a two car garage. We had planned to just pay for parking somewhere since we were driving up from DC with two vehicles with our adult children.The home is newly renovated or built and all the fixtures feel fairly high end and the finish work is well done. The host was super responsive, and sent me several images and details before we came up when I had questions about what we would need, and she was incredibly responsive to any issues or questions we had while staying there as well!Definitely recommend for your getaway to NYC!

Brand new, beautiful place with garage parking. There is a lower level entry with access to the condo from the garage to the upper unit. It took approx 30 min with traffic getting into Manhattan but it was worth it. Lynette was over the top accommodating. She wanted to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Example: the mini blinds weren’t installed yet and it was a bit concerning at night. I reached out and she was there the next day to install temporary blinds for the rest of our stay. In addition, she brought over a hair dryer, logged into the tv, and made sure the water temp was good. She is very responsive and made our trip to NYC memorable!! Highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!!
