The apartment is part of a newly constructed, two-unit guesthouse situated directly behind our primary residence. This one-bedroom unit is located on the second floor and offers a private, peaceful stay with its own separate entrance. A boutique studio is located on the first floor and is listed separately. Both units share space near our personal garage, but each is fully self-contained for guest privacy.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully laid-out space that blends modern finishes with a warm, welcoming feel. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to four guests. After a full day exploring the city, unwind with air conditioning, cozy seating, and a calm, quiet atmosphere.
